Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for the block listing of 750,000 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List.
These shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan.
