NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR

On 7 October 2014 David Wooldridge's spouse sold 3,485 A & J Mucklow Group plc ordinary shares at 431p per share. 3,485 shares were subsequently purchased into her Individual Savings Account (ISA) at 432p per share.

The shares are registered in the name of HALB Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change in Mr Wooldridge's declarable beneficial holding of 71,017 shares (0.11% of the issued ordinary share capital).
