Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchases
The Company has been notified that the MJ Hudson Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the ''EBT'') has acquired an additional 270,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 43.837p per share. As a result, the EBT now holds 1,972,365 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.15 per cent of its issued share capital. The EBT will continue make purchases in order to satisfy obligations arising from the existing MJ Hudson staff incentive plans, as set out in the Company's AIM admission document, as well as other share and options awards granted to employees over time. The trustees of the EBT are Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited.
