Mirada plc (AIM: MIRA), a leading provider of integrated software solutions for digital TV operators and broadcasters, announces that at the Company's annual general meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were passed, including the special resolution to make an amendment to the articles of association of the Company (the "Articles"). The amended Articles will shortly be available on the Company's website www.mirada.tv/en/investors/
