("Mind Gym" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity
Mind Gym has today issued 30,880 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of £0.52 under the Company's US Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Following admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares, which is expected to take place on 21 August 2023, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 100,198,464.
