Director and PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that, further to the announcement made 1 September 2020 entitled "Exercise of Options", the Company has received notification from Richard Steele, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that he has sold 20,944 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 102.5 pence per ordinary share to raise funds to satisfy the tax liability arising from the option exercise.
Following this sale, Richard holds 227,461 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. He holds remaining options over 248,406 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive.
