Mind Gym plc, the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that it has been notified that on 8 December 2020, Baroness Ruby McGregor-Smith CBE, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 32,000 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 140 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Ruby McGregor-Smith will hold 32,000 Ordinary Shares.
