Director Share Purchases
Mind Gym plc, the global provider of human capital and business improvement solutions, announces that it has been notified that on 16 October 2020, Octavius Black, Chief Executive Officer, and Joanne Cash, Chair, jointly purchased 555,555 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share.
Sebastian Bailey, Executive Director, also bought 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Octavius Black and Joanne Cash will jointly hold 55,712,055 Ordinary Shares and Sebastian Bailey will have a total beneficial holding of 9,516,373 Ordinary Shares, representing 55.8 per cent. and 9.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, respectively.
