Awards under the Mind Gym Share Incentive plan and Director/PDMR dealings
The Company announces that it received notification on 12 October 2018 from Solium Trustee (UK) Limited (the "SIP Trustee") that the SIP Trustee awarded a total of 130,835 ordinary shares of 0.001p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to participants in the Mind Gym plc Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), details of which were announced on 9 October 2018.
As participants in the SIP, employees are deemed to have an interest in the shares awarded to them and held by the SIP Trustee. Details of the awards under the SIP to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") are set out below.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014:
