Update on Offer from DAGG LLP

 

Further to the announcement of 5 August 2025, the Minoan Board confirms that it received a formalised non-binding offer from DAGG LLP before close of business on Friday, 8 August 2025.

 

The Board will now consider the terms of the offer and expects to give a further update by close of business on Wednesday, 13 August 2025.
