Shareholders are advised that the High Court of Zimbabwe ruled in its judgment in Case No.HC 4929/08, in which the Company is cited as the Sixth Respondent and Africa First Renaissance Corporation Limited the Applicant, thatΒ the notice issued by the convening shareholders (First to Fifth Respondents)Β conveningΒ an ExtraordinaryΒ General Meeting of the CompanyΒ on the 23 October 2008 wasΒ not legally compliant, and is of no force or effect.

Accordingly the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 23 October 2008 will not be held.
