OPTIONS: AWARD AND CANCELLATION
The Company announces that following the resignation of Edward Dawson as a director of the Company, Edward has agreed to relinquish the three million (3,000,000) Share Options that were awarded to him, as part of a 7,500,000 award of options to directors and consultants in November 2023 ("Share Options").
In accordance with the Company's recently adopted remuneration policy the following new awards have been made to Directors and Consultants:
Richard Mays (Director)

Nick Pillar (Director)

Consultants | 1,000,000

All Share Options have an exercise price of 1.5p per share. Share Options will vest on completion of a substantial transaction and will have a life to expiry of 3 years from the date of vesting.
Following these recent Share Options award, the total Share Options awarded by the Company are as follows:
