Confirmation of share premium account and capital redemption reserve cancellation

At the annual general meeting of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the "Company"), held on 10 April 2019, resolutions were passed to cancel the entire amount standing to the credit of the share premium account and capital redemption reserve of the Company (the "Cancellation"), subject to the confirmation of the High Court of Justice (the "Court").

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Court has now confirmed the Cancellation and the Court Order was registered by the Registrar of Companies on 19 November 2019, at which point, the Cancellation became effective.
