Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the Company)

On 20 September 2021, the Company and Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the "Companies") announced the publication of a joint Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) in relation to offers for subscription of new Ordinary Shares of 10p each (together the "Offers" and each an "Offer").

The Board of the Company is pleased to advise that, with valid subscriptions received to date under the Company's Offer now approaching its initial fundraising target of £10 million, and in view of continued interest from potential investors, the Directors have resolved to utilise the over-allotment facility, as provided for under the terms and conditions of the Offers, to the extent required to meet further investor demand.

The deadline for receipt of applications for the Offers is 12.00 noon on 4 April 2022 in relation to the tax year 2021/22 and 12.00 noon on 27 May 2022 in relation to the tax year 2022/23. The Offers will close on 3 June 2022 unless a relevant Offer is fully subscribed by an earlier date or extended by the Board to no later than 9 September 2022.

As announced on 10 January 2022, the deadline by which Applications must be received and accepted to be eligible for the Early Investment Incentive discount under the Offers has been extended until close of business on Wednesday 2 February 2022. It is anticipated that the Companies will make initial allotments of new Ordinary Shares under their respective Offers as soon as practicable after that date.
