Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 plc

Offer for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus

Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus with Maven Income and Growth VCT plc, Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 plc, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 plc, Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 plc and Maven Income and Growth VCT 6 plc (such companies being referred to, together with the Company, as the "Maven VCTs") in relation to their offer for subscription for new Ordinary Shares in each of the Maven VCTs to raise, in aggregate, up to £20 million (before issue costs) together with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £5 million, in aggregate (the "Offer") (the "Supplementary Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus is required as a consequence of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 plc and Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 plc each having published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2014 and 31 December 2013 respectively.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available to view at the online viewing facility of the National Storage Mechanism at the following website address:
