Resignation of Director

As part of its previously stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC confirms the resignation of Mr Gregor Michie as a Director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 13 April 2016. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Michie for his valued and significant contribution, as Chairman, to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office. It is confirmed that Mr Atul Devani has been appointed as Chairman with immediate effect.
