Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLCΒ confirm that on 5 April 2012, the Company issued and allotted 597,780 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence pursuant to the Offer and, as a result, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 26,161,479. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 59.37p per Ordinary share.

The Offer for Subscription closed fully subscribed on 1 March 2012 and the shares to be issued in respect of the 2012/2013 tax year will be allotted on 18 April 2012.
