Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) - Result of General Meeting
At the General Meeting of the Company held at 11.30 am at Fifth floor, 1-2 Royal Exchange Buildings, London, EC3V 3LF on 27 November 2013, all of the Resolutions put to the Meeting were duly passed.
At the record date for the General Meeting, being 25 November 2013, the total number of voting rights in the Company stood at 42,462,725 and the total shares in issue were 42,462,725. In accordance with the provisions of E.2.2 of the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Company advises that for the General Meeting, valid proxy appointments were made in respect of 2,609,002 shares and that the number of proxy votes lodged for each Resolution were as follows:

Passing of Special Resolutions
The Special Resolutions have been submitted to Companies and to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.//hemscott.com/nsm.do.
