Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc Offer Update Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income& Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (together "the Companies"and each a "Company") published a Securities Note, Registration Document andSummary on 28 November 2013 (together "the Prospectus") containing an offerfor subscription of up to 10 million ordinary shares of 1p each in the capitalof each of the Companies ("the Offer"). Definitions within the Prospectus applyto this announcement. The boards of the Companies are pleased to announce that they expect to shortlyreceive applications pursuant to the Offer which will result in £24 million inaggregate being raised. As a result, and in accordance with the terms of theOffer (contained in the Securities Note), the boards have jointly decided toincrease the aggregate fundraising amount pursuant to the Offer from £24million (£6 million per Company) to £34 million (£8.5 million per Company),subject to no more than 10 million ordinary shares being issued by one ormore of the Companies. Investors intending to subscribe for shares under the Offer in the 2013/2014tax year should note that the deadline for such subscriptions is 12.00 noon on4 April 2014. The Offer is expected to close at 12.00 noon on 30 April 2014(unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or closedat the Directors' discretion).
