Net Asset Value

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT 2 plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per share of the Company as at close of business on 30 June 2017 was 110.17 pence.

This figure reflects the net cash proceeds received on 1 August 2017 in respect of the realisation of the Company's investment in Entanet Holdings.

Shareholders should note that the Company paid a dividend of 7 pence per share on 27 July 2017, which reduced the NAV above of 110.17 pence to 103.17 pence per share.
