SHARE BUY-BACKS The Company did not buy back any of its own shares during the quarter. INVESTMENT ACTIVITY New Investments In July 2013, the Company invested £967,781 in Veritek Global Limited, aEurope-wide provider of installation, maintenance and support services forblue-chip owners of printing equipment, using one of the Company's acquisitionvehicles, Madacombe Trading Limited, resulting in a net repayment of £32,219. After the period end, Gro-Group Holdings Limited has drawn down £39,685 asagreed at the time of the original investment into that company. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on Friday 20September 2013 at the offices of SGH Martineau LLP, One America Square,Crosswall, London, EC3N 2SG. The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2013stated that the Board was considering raising additional funds during thefinancial year ending 30 April 2014. Shareholders are being asked to vote onvarious resolutions including authorising the Board to allot and issue equitysecurities in connection with any offer for subscription.
