THE OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION IS NOW FULLY SUBSCRIBED
The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, in accordance with its offer for subscription (the "Offer") under the prospectus dated 20 January 2022 issued by the Company, Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Companies"), the Company has now received applications reaching its £7.5 million limit. On the basis that such applications are all valid and accepted, the Offer is now fully subscribed.
This Offer was launched in conjunction with those launched by the other Companies. In aggregate, the Companies are seeking to raise up to a total of £35 million. The allotment in respect of applications received by the Company is planned after the general meeting of the Company to be held on 23 February 2022 has taken place, subject to the applicable resolutions proposed at that meeting being passed.
