Correction to Preliminary Results

The following amendments have been made to the Preliminary Results announcement released on 14 March 2017 under RNS No 3416Z.

Final Dividend

The Preliminary Results announcement incorrectly stated that the Board's recommended final dividend would be paid on 21 April 2017 to shareholders on the register on 24 March 2017. If approved by shareholders at the Group's Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2017, the final dividend will in fact be payable on 23 June 2017 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 26 May 2016.

The relevant information in the Preliminary Results announcement regarding the final dividend is restated correctly below.

Chairman's Statement

"The Board has recommended a final dividend of 7.09 pence per share (2015: nil) which, if approved will be paid on 23 June to shareholders on the register on 26 May."

Financial Review

"If approved by shareholders at the general meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 23 June 2017 to those shareholders on the register on 26 May."

Note 11

"The Board has recommended a final dividend of 7.09 pence per share (2015: nil) which, if approved will be paid on 23 June to shareholders on the register on 26 May."

All other details in the Preliminary Results announcement remain unchanged. A copy of the updated Preliminary Results announcement is available on the website: www.midwichgroupplc.com. It is expected that the Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be sent to shareholders on 10 April 2016.
