On November 17, 2017 Dodge & Cox (555 California Street, 40th floor, San Francisco, California, 94104, USA, Principal State Registration Number C0368317; Taxpayer Identification Number: 94-1441976) acquired certain number of voting right shares in the charter capital of PJSC "Magnit".
