Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 25th June 2009 that on that day Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on behalf of The Silverlight Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme purchased 170,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at 11.75p. In addition, the Company was informed on 26th June 2009 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd had also purchased 81,700 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at 12p on behalf of The Silverlight Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme. The Silverlight Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme is an irrevocable trust of which Mr Simon Hull, Director of the Company, is a member and beneficiary. 

Barclays Nominees Ltd also holds 9,702 Ordinary Shares on trust for Mr Hull and Barclays Stockbrokers Market Master Account also holds 3,342 Ordinary Shares on trust for Mr Hull.

Following this transaction the total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Hull has an interest is 264,744 representing 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
