Board Appointment
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Fred Kelly will be joining as an Executive Director of Manx Financial Group PLC and Managing Director of Conister Bank Limited with effect from 19th September 2011.
Mr Kelly has a wide range of experience within commercial and investment banking including building quality loan books and reviewing merger and acquisition opportunities.
Mr Kelly will focus on continuing the development of the Bank and will work closely with the Executive Team to identify new acquisition opportunities across the industry.
His appointment is in line with the Group's strategy of recruiting experienced senior personnel who can bring real value to the Group and its shareholders.
Mr Kelly recently held the position of CEO for CG Shipping Ltd in Sydney/Hong Kong and prior to that Head of Corporate & Asset Finance within Allied Irish Banks plc in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr Kelly does not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr Jim Mellon, Executive Chairman said:
