Director/PDMR Shareholding - CEO & CFO On Market Share Purchases
Metals One, which is advancing battery metal projects at brownfield sites in Finland and Norway, announces that the Company was informed on 9 August 2023 that Jonathan Owen, Chief Executive Officer, and a director, of the Company, purchased 46,141 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.3 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 August 2023.
On 10 August 2023, the Company was informed that Daniel Maling, Chief Financial Officer, and a director, of the Company, purchased 22,684 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.3 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 August 2023, 11,518 Ordinary Shares on 9 August 2023 at a price of 4.3 pence per Ordinary Share, and a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 10 August 2023 at a price of 4.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchases, Mr Owen is interested in a total of 1,145,326 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital, and Mr Maling is interested in a total of 3,984,202 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.91% of the Company's issued share capital.

About Metals One
Metals One is developing brownfield battery metals projects in Finland (Black Schist Project) and Norway (Brownfield Råna Project), with approximately £9 million of exploration carry exposure through farm-in agreements. Metals One is aiming to help meet the significant demand for battery metals by defining resources on the doorstep of Europe's major electric vehicle OEMs and battery manufacturers. Metals One's Black Schist Project in Finland, totalling 706 km2 across three licence areas, has an Inferred Resource of 28.1 Mt nickel-zinc-cobalt-copper and is located adjacent to Talvivaara, Europe's largest operating nickel mine. Metals One's fully carried Brownfield Råna Project in Norway covers 18.14 km² across three contiguous exploration licences, with significant opportunity for brownfield exploration of the Råna intrusion, and proven potential for massive sulphide nickel-cobalt-copper mineralisation.
