Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused specialist asset manager with c.£959million of assets under management, is pleased to announce a virtual shareholder event 'In Conversation with Mercia'.

The event will be led by Dr Mark Payton, CEO and Julian Viggars, CIO in conversation with Lisa Ward, Mercia's head of portfolio resourcing - Mercia Nucleus.

The event is open to all and will have a specific focus on Mercia's managed funds. This will include reference to its Enterprise Investment Scheme and Northern Venture Capital Trusts, together with presentations by some of the key portfolio businesses within these, a number of which are also balance sheet investments. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A.
