Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R
The Company was notified today that Robert (Bob) Holt, Chairman of Mears, has today exercised share options over 400,965 ordinary shares of 1 penny in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Exercise of options under Mears Group Share Option Scheme:

Following this disposal, Mr Holt has an interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares and share options under the SIP over 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
