Parsley Box, the direct to consumer provider of ready meals focused on the Baby Boomer+ demographic, announces that 4J Studios Limited, a company connected with Chris van der Kuyl, Non-Executive Chairman has purchased 440,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), (further details set out below).
Chris van der Kuyl is a director of and shareholder (alongside his connected persons) and exercises significant control over 4J Studios Limited which, following this transaction, holds 2,092,033 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Chris van der Kuyl, together with his connected persons, also has a direct holding over 2,346,182 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
Chris van der Kuyl, Parsley Box Chairman, says: "I firmly believe in the long term vision and development of the Company and its focus on catering to the needs of the underserved Baby Boomer+ market. Parsley Box has a deep understanding of this demographic which represents the largest and fastest growing segment of the population."
