Postponement of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Mincon Group plc (Euronext: MIO AIM:MCON), the Irish engineering group specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated products, announces that it has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), originally anticipated to take place in May 2020, to the later date of 23 July 2020. Further details on the conduct and business of the meeting will be outlined in the Notice of AGM which will be distributed to shareholders in due course. A further announcement will be made by the Group upon the posting of the documentation.
This decision has been taken in light of the current and developing situation surrounding the impact of Covid-19, recommendations from regulatory authorities, public authorities, and consideration of the health and safety of shareholders, attendees and staff.
