RESULT OF AGM
Mincon Group plc (Euronext:MIO AIM:MCON), held its Annual General Meeting today, 23 July 2020, at the Company's registered office at Smithstown Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland and announces that all resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly approved. The full text of the approved resolutions can be found in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
