CoALĀ announces the following directors' purchase of ordinaryĀ sharesĀ in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Simon James Farrell,Ā Managing DirectorĀ of the Company, purchasedĀ 250,000Ā OrdinaryĀ SharesĀ for A$199,893.94 between 28 - 30 October 2008. Following this purchaseĀ Mr FarrellĀ nowĀ directly and indirectlyĀ holdsĀ 3,471,791Ā Ordinary SharesĀ representingĀ 0.84% of theĀ total voting rightsĀ of the Company.
Richard John Linnell,Ā ChairmanĀ of the Company, purchasedĀ 25,000Ā OrdinaryĀ SharesĀ for A$26,360.80 on 29 October 2008. Following this purchaseĀ Mr LinnellĀ now directly and indirectly holds 776,550 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the total voting rights of the Company.
