Directors holding
CoAL announces the following directors' purchase of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Simon James Farrell, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares for A$199,893.94 between 28 - 30 October 2008. Following this purchase Mr Farrell now directly and indirectly holds 3,471,791 Ordinary Shares representing 0.84% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Richard John Linnell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares for A$26,360.80 on 29 October 2008. Following this purchase Mr Linnell now directly and indirectly holds 776,550 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the total voting rights of the Company.
