Director Share Purchase
Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") advises that it was informed on 18 March 2015, that David Brown, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company acquired 500,000 shares at an average price of R0.27 (1.46 pence) on 18 March 2015. Following this acquisition Mr Brown is now the beneficial owner of 825,000 shares representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
