Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the UKLA Listing Rules, and further to the release of The Go-Ahead Group plc on 2 December 2021, the Company confirms that Dominic Lavelle, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of McColl's Retail Group plc, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair Designate of The Go-Ahead Group plc with effect from 1 January 2022. He will also be a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
