New directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14
McColl's Retail Group Plc, ("McColl's" or "the Company") hereby gives notification pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, Angus Porter, will become a non-executive director of Hilton Food Group Plc with effect from 1 July 2018.
