McColl's Retail Group Plc

Board Committee Change

Pursuant to Listing Rule LR 9.6.11(3), the Board of McColl's Retail Group Plc (the "Company") today announces that Georgina Harvey, an independent non-executive director, has succeeded John Coleman as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 24 November 2014. Following this amendment, the Company will be in compliance with provision D2.1 of the UK Corporate Governance code as the Chairman of the Board will no longer be the Remuneration Committee Chair.

There have been no other changes to the membership of the Remuneration Committee.
