McColl's announces departure of Chairman

McColl's Retail Group plc today announces that John Coleman has informed the board that he will step down from his position as Chairman with immediate effect, in order to focus on new opportunities. The search for a replacement is in progress and Sharon Brown, Independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed Interim Chairman.
