Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6 McKay Securities Plc confirms that, following cancellation of the repurchased shares announced separately, the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 1 September 2021 is 91,937,371 with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company as at 1 September 2021 is 91,937,371.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations of which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, McKay Securities Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
