McBride plc ("the Company") has been notified today that Ian Roderick Johnson, Group Finance Director, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at 106 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Johnson holds an interest in 10,000 Ordinary shares representing 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
