Mission Capital PLC05 February 2008 5 February 2008 MISSION CAPITAL PLC (THE "COMPANY") DIRECTORATE CHANGES The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the executiveservice agreements of each of Mr Neil Sinclair and Ms Emma Sinclair have beenterminated with immediate effect and accordingly each of them has resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 5 February 2008. Mission Capital is pleased to announce that Chris Phillips has been appointed tothe Company's Board of Directors as a non-executive director with immediateeffect. Chris Phillips, aged 57, has 30 years' experience in the international financialservices and real estate sectors. He is Chairman of London & NewcastleSecurities Limited. Prior to this, Mr Phillips was Managing Director of ColliersCapital UK Ltd, the property fund management business, which is a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of Colliers CRE Plc. Previously at Colliers CRE Mr Phillips had beenresponsible for developing the residential consultancy business. Chris is alsothe senior independent Non Executive Director of Places for People, the UK'slargest registered social landlord.
