Board Changes

The Board of Mobile Tornado, a leading push-to-talk over cellular and workforce management solution provider, is pleased to announce that Luke Wilkinson and Marcus Emptage have been appointed to the board of the Company as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, respectively, with immediate effect.

Mr. Wilkinson joined the Company in January 2023 as Head of Business Development. Mr. Wilkinson has significantly widened the Company's partner network and developed a sophisticated outreach programme to promote the Company's solutions to the global critical communications market. The success of this strategy has been borne out with the recent signing of a major mobile network operator in one of the Company's key target markets, as announced on 8 May 2024. Prior to joining Mobile Tornado, Luke founded Storm Intelligent Communications Limited ("Storm") in 2020 and currently holds a 60% interest in Storm. Storm is a UK based non-exclusive reseller of Mobile Tornado's solutions.

Mr. Emptage is a chartered management accountant and has been Group Financial Controller of the Company since 2006.

The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Luke Antony Wilkinson, aged 30, has held the following directorships and/or partnerships in the past five years:

Luke Wilkinson currently holds 1,366,834 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.33% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Marcus John Emptage is 45 years old and has not held any directorships or partnership positions during the previous five years. He does not hold any Ordinary Shares.

There is no further information on Luke Wilkinson or Marcus Emptage required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
