Change of Trading Platform
E-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platform provider MobilityOne (AIM:MBO) is pleased to announce that it has arranged to transfer the trading of the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") from the SEAQ trading platform to the SETSqx trading platform on the London Stock Exchange. This transfer will take effect from 8 a.m. on 13 December 2012.
Dato' Hussian A. Rahman, CEO of MobilityOne, commented: "We are pleased to have received approval to move our trading platform to SETSqx which we believe will benefit the Company since trading systems with order book characteristics are better understood and familiar to Asian-based investors."
