Grant of options
The Company announces that on 21 July 2014, the following options were granted over ordinary shares in the Company of 20 pence nominal value ("Options") to Executive Directors under the Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc Group Share Option plan.

*Following the subsequent grant of Options, above, Mr Sharp now owns 104,157 options, with 63,157 of these Options held under the Company Share Save Scheme. Prior to the above grant of Options, on 21 July 2014 Peter Grant surrendered 12,500 Share Save options at a price of 95 pence per ordinary share.
The new Options were granted to the four Executive Directors under an approved option, and may be exercised at any time between 18 July 2017 and 17 July 2024.
