Notice of Annual General Meeting

MayAir Group plc (AIM:MAYA), a leading specialist provider of air purification technology, announces that in accordance with AIM Rule 20, electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available from the Company's investor relations website at http://investors.mayairgroup.com/corporate-documents/. Hard copies of the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders today.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, 16 June 2017 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
