Onย 19 May 2010ย Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellationย 4,000ย of its own Ordinary shares atย 66.0pย per share and 6,000 of its S Ordinary shares at 71p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company'sย ordinaryย issued share capital isย 8,447,620ย Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,956,459 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the Company is therefore 13,404,079 shares.
