Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and in order to correct a previous overstatement of 20 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the announcement of the allotment of shares on 5 April 2014, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 29 September 2014 comprised 28,873,273 Ordinary Shares of 10p each and 3,863,876 C Ordinary Shares of 10p each. The total number of voting shares in the Company is therefore 32,737,149. Each share carries one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
