Aberdeen Grwth Opp VCT2 PLC01 August 2007 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLCannounce that the Company's issued share capital consists of 7,835,163 Ordinaryshares of 10p and 4,972,459 S Ordinary Shares of 10p, each share carrying theright to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 12,807,622 and this figure may beused by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determinewhether they are required by the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules tonotify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company'sshares.
