Issue of Supplementary Prospectus
The Boards of the Companies today announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offers for subscription issued by the Companies, details of which were set out in their prospectus (comprising a securities note, registration document and summary) issued on 7 October 2022.
The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of The Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication by each of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (on 14 March 2023) and Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC (on 23 March 2023) of their respective Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2022.
The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus are available free of charge from the office of the investment manager of the Companies, Maven Capital Partners UK LLP, at Kintyre House, 205 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW and from the website of Maven Capital Partners UK LLP at: www.mavencp.com/vctoffer.
